Everyone has the worst moments in his/her life, including me. Although I don't have the coach like the one in video in reality, I always engage in positive self-talk to talk to myself that I am fine, I can do it. It has a really great impact on my self-esteem and confidence. And I want to share such a good motivational method to you, especially someone who is undergoing the life of low tide.
